Default wiring 4 channel headunit for car with only 2 speakers

im not sure if "4 channel" is the right wording but i am putting a new headunit in my 90 civic hatcht that only has speakers in the front doors should i

A. Just wire each speaker to one output from the stereo (ie, LF outputs to LF speaker)

or

B. Wire 2 outputs to each speaker (since there are 4 outputs and only 2 speakers)
Such as wire LF and LR output of stereo to drivers door speaker?

you can also use the rear two extra channels to push a small sub! Then you will have even better sounds. good luck

The two remaining channels off the deck wouldn't have enough power to run a sub. Even if you did decide to do this, you wouldn't even notice a difference in bass to call it worth it.

i was gonna say what amp and see if its bridgeable but after figuring you mistaken it as 4-ch, forget it.

pioneers were setup to run the rear channels as a sub when bridged, but it was a very minimal ammount of power only suitable for the likes of a CRX or something of the sort.

most headunits will automatically send more power to the fronts if it doesnt sense rear spkrs.
if you hook up two outputs to one spkr you are probably just going to fry the radio's ICs.
