its 100% genuine, came off of a 97 jdm ITR so that means its obd2a. i had it on my EK while back and just kept on to it for future use, but at the moment both of my cars are not obd2a. im not sure on the exact vtec engage point but its somewhere around 4900-5k and the redline is 8500. i have pics but do not have a host server to upload them in. ill upload them into my yahoo photos and post a link here or you can email me for pictures.
