Default AirTech or Sharkskinz

Have any of you used aftermarket bodywork? If so, which brand do you prefer? The price is about the same for my bike.

I think more people use Sharkskinz over Air Tech.

I have Sharkskinz on my GSXR. They're both good companies, but expect huge delays if you try to order a new set during race season.

Did you order your bodywork directly from Sharkskinz?

I'll ask the guys @ Terra since I have to go there Monday to pickup my new tires (no more race tires on the street!).

The Skinz on my GSXR were there when I bought it. Since it's the off-season now, there shouldn't be any real delay to get the bodywork. When I asked around March, Sharkskinz was backordered for three months.

As much as I wanted to keep it local (Airtech isn't far), I heard issues of survivability and fitment as well. Unless I find a smokin' deal on OEM fairings, I'll be ordering a set of 'Skinz.
