just wondering the price i should pay for these adapters to make ground controls fit koni yellows and also, can i go around them? make them fit? Thanks

 

$58 from GC for the fronts. The threaded body is different for Konis up front. You can't make the other one fit easily. Plus, do you want the whole weight of your car riding on some hack job?

i went to a local shop and they have a account with ground control and the best they can do is 90 for all 4 for me.

 

what the hell are you talking about.. First, when you order your ground controls you have to order them SPECIFIC for Koni or Bilstein... ANd its only 40 dollars additional to have them modded for the konis.. But it must be done when they are purchased

 

yes must be done when purchased, but maybe he ran the GC's on stock shocks for a while and now he finally upgrading?

 

yea.. i have them on tokico blues.. and just went with koni yellows .. GEEZZ

 

i got my adaptors free when i ordered the gc's and konis together, but it was thru that vendor tho.

 

how that works is you get charged 10 dollars a side for the koni adapters AND OR custom spring rates... So if you have konis its 40 bucks extra BUT if you have konis AND custom rates, its still only 40 bucks.. you get it????
