I have the kumho ecsta supra 712 in the same size and it's pretty good. They're my street tires.

Pirelli P-zero (around $120) and Bridgestone S-03 (around $160)

They were my first choices

Went with Dunlop SP9000- due to size and wet road considerations.

I also own All season SP5000's which have been good for the price (about $80 each)

Cheap max performance tires are the Falken Azenis and the Dunlop W-10, neither of which are recommended for cold climates.

Some of these tires are available in 215/45/16 as well- if you can fit them.
