Default Need help removing superglue!

I used superglue to glue in my cigarette lighter. (Stupid thing keeps coming out)

Some excess superglue dripped down the bottom of the cigerette lighter onto the dash and now there is streak. Does anyone know a good and safe remover that will not damage the plastic. (Melt or discolor the Plastic) Thanks

I used this stuff called GooGone when i was shaving my trunk. (peeling off the leters, and then rubbing off that gluey stuff) not sure if the same technique will apply, but i know that it didn't remove my paint when i used it.
