Default Greddy Evo 2

I have recently been talkin about getting a Greddy Evo 2 catback for my 95 teg. Now I've been doin a lot of research on em lately cause i want to make sure i get the right exhaust. (heh ive had bad experiances in the past with my sentra...had to get two exhausts due to lack of research and that annoying weed wacker sound)...My question is this, is the evo 2 trully deep? I have read on Team Integra that our engines make a crappy sound naturally..(if you ride open headers i guess you can hear it?) So we need the right system to get that nice deep sound..I also read in the same article (it was a specific article about exhausts) that straight through exhausts do have the best flow but also make the most noise. (which makes sense) So, when i put on the greddy evo 2 with the greddy ss 4-2-1 header, will it sound like a weed wacker, or high pitched (ricey), or will it be decent. And will i need a resonator, or? Thanks for the help guys. Heh i just want to make sure my decision is right before i drop like 500bucks on an exhaust...Really dont want it to be a waste of money.

yeah i have one and pretty happy with it
it gets loud when your at WOT but rather then that its one of the more quiet STRAIGHT through design exhaust systems its a deep tone dosen't sound like a fart can (ones that sound like fast continuous series of farts)

Its a pretty good sounding exhaust. Are you buying a cat-back. If so, i would look into just getting an axle back , and going to an exhaust shop and getting custom piping made. Just make sure to get stainless steal piping and atleast a 18" resonator. I got my buddyclub axleback, stainless steal piping, and 18" resonator for around 300. You could save a ton of money doing it this way. Piping is piping.

I have the full cat back on my 95 gsr it does not sound that bad. I don't have a header yet so... even on the stock header it sound pretty good. I'm sure it will sound better when I get my header
