sandblasted then hand sanded with 220/400/800/1000/1500/2000grit.
then rubbing compound/polish/waxed at the end. ill let the pics show u. looks better in person too:

wheels got a tad tarnished b/c of the winter and me not washing them. all they need is a little elbow grease.

dropping the price down to $300 flat with the compound and polish i used. tires might be swapped out but not sure yet.

oh, and the buffing wheel that hooks up to your drill
