hey everytime my car has been siting for at least 4 hours it will hesistate to start and when it does it seems like the throtle is backwards or something becasue when i press it the RPM's go down and it almost dies untill i release the gas but after it has been running for a while it willl drive just fine. I just replaced the Dizzy with a brand new one thinking it might be that and it is still the same any other suggestions....i was thinking maybe fuel filter but im not sure any help would be greatly appreciated(sp)....and the car is a 91 CRX SI

 

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem. If you can, check your fuel pressure.
