this morning while the car was warming up, my mom comes in and sits in the passenger seat (i was gonna take her to the store) but accidently kicks the ecu (which is laying on my floor), the engine starts to bog so i tap the gas pedal and it completelys shuts off, try cranking it but doesnt start. i checked the ecu wires and made sure the chip was in.

i just barely got this car couple days ago.

i have no clue at this point

dash lights come on? led on ecu come on?

if your ecu is just laying on the floor it probably isn't grounding..

 

ok updated story, i unplugged the hondata blue box earlier that morning to clean the interior (but i didnt know that the car wouldnt run without that box) then i started her up which she seemed to run fine, i went inside my house and came back out couple mins later, got back inside the car, thats when i saw in the corner of my eye that the ecu was shoved from my mom kicking it. thats when i notice the engine seemed to bog, so i tapped the gas and then the car shutted off, never started back up, just cranks.

the past owner came by to help out and said to check for codes, it should be throwing code 1 and 8 because he never cleared those, when we checked it didnt throw any codes. also we pulled the spark plug out of cylinder 1 and notice that it wasnt sparking while cranking the engine. we might think its a bad dizzy, its a cx dizzy rigged to a z6 head, no other dizzy will fit the z6 head except the z6 dizzy. any clue guys?
