Default NEW TO INTEGRAS: Will Wings Swap Out? stock to ITR? 1 more Question

well thinking about picking up a 96 two door.

Will the Itr wing swap out directly with the stock wing?

i am belive they will, but just wondering?

Will a GSR valve cover slip on an LS?

just wondering... former eg - GSR-Turbo owner, trying my way in integras

The OEM Honda/Acura Integra Type R wing won't fit directly onto the same holes that the GSR wing had. They are a little off. There are aftermarket "Type R" wings that do fit the same holes.

The GSR valve cover will NOT fit on an LS. They are both DOHC, but the GSR is a Vtec while the LS is a non-Vtec. The heads are slightly different, and therefore the valve cover mounting is slightly different as well.

i wouldnt blame the guy if he wanted R stickers and a red valve cover... he's going from an eg to dc so you know he's excited... plus i was like that with my first dc back in 2000, ah, the good old days.

oh yeah... welcome and i hope you have fun with your dc4.

ITR wing doesn't cover or use the same holes.

This is the first time I've ever heard anyone say that the ITR wing will not fit the gsr spoiler holes. Shore, the led light holes are exposed, but it should fit, from all the cars i've seen.
