Middle Winshield Wiper Setting?

Middle Winshield Wiper Setting?
In the whole time I've owned my 1993 Si, the intermittent windshield wiper setting has never worked. The slow and fast settings work, but not intermittent. I've tried replacing the switch, but it didn't work. Is there a relay or a fuse somewhere I can try replacing?
