Fully built 94 Integra GSR head and block, 2000 Integra Type R transmission w/ LSD
The Block Was resleeved 85 mm bore by golden eagle, CP pistons 12.5.1 compression pistons
Eagle Rods Gsr Crank full balanced w assembly including: pistons, rods, crank, flywheel, and crank pulley. We oppted for OEM honda bearings throughout to ensure longevity, replaced the stock oil pump with a Type R pump. used all new belts hoses
Motor and Head work done by Parks racing engines. Camp1320.com was a big source of parts. The Head is fully ported and milled 35 thousands for raised compression. The valves were sunk 25 thousands for more cam adjustability so we have more piston to valve clearance.Parts inside include JG Engine Dynamics Valves,Valve Spings, and Retainers. Skunk stage 2 Cams and STR Cam Gears. A OEM honda 84 mm head gasket was used and ARP head studs were installed on the Block to lock up the head tight and Good. Engine mounts are GSR with PROthane Polyurathane Inserts
Intake and Fuel System setup includes JG Pro series race manifold mated with a hondata gasket, RPM Service Billet 68mm tapered Throttle Body, AEM Fuel Rail, SX Fuel Pressure Regulator w/ Liquid filled Gauge ,AN fittings and lines, RC 440 Injectors, Walbro 255gph fuel pump, Flowed through a AEM Cold Air intake and fuel Management controled by a P28 ECU hooked to hondata’s S200 realtime tuning box . A JAZ oil catch breather canister was installed to control higher crank case pressure due to raised compression and so it doesnt go back to the intake and get burned.
TheExhaust is a High Tech 4-2-1 full length race header w/ tunned test pipe. For Steet Use the car is Equiped with a 2 ½” mandrel bent custom high flow cat back Exhaust with a Magnaflow Muffler and also comes w/ removable straight pipe for more street performance.
The Car ran perfectly and was Dyno tuned By Bubba formally known from Tack Masters, Now running his Dyno in Long Beach at DO IT DYNO PERFORMANCE CENTER. The Car made 227 hp at a 8700 rpm and 157 foot lbs @ 7400 rpm which is about 80 hp more than stock GSR and 60 foot lbs more with a much broader power band making power up 9500 rpm redlining @ 10,000 rpm that good enough to go low low 12,s even 11,s with just a few more things
IM asking $5500 for this set up. I would be willing to make a deal with someone that has a clean stock eg,ek, or dc2 but mainly want to do it on a cash basis.
Everything is there to do the swap from the axels, shift linkage, obd 1 ecu, tanny radiator. hoses, the aem cold air intake, exhaust for a 92 95 hatch, and fuel pump
The motor has about 6000 miles on it so its barely broke in.
