I've never had any issues.

 

personally i have not.. but my friend ordered a bunch of stuff for his car and didnt have any problems w/ service or problems, billing, or back orders or anything..

he got his order in under a week..

 

great customer service.

so far Summit Racing and Crutchfield has treated me the best.

 

I live out in the west coast so shipping rates is at the highest.
Another thing is that they have drawings in their paper catalog so
order from them is like what Forrest Gump's mom said "Life is like
a box of chocolates. You'll never know what you're going to get"
