There are two clips underneath each lower cushion. Press down on the seat corners as you pull the clips out, and they'll just pop off.
The seat that doesn't fold down is bolted on the bottom with two 10mm bolts (you'll figure out which ones they are), and when those are out, just lift it up.
Fold the other cushion down and right where it pivots, there are two plastic fold-up covers for the two 10mm bolts.
The top center piece is attached with plastic pins. Then the center vinyl piece comes out, after you take off the two bolts on the bottom near the carpet.
If you're trying to create storage space, the metal seat supports and speaker deck are welded to the chassis! Sucks! If you're trying to get the rear speakers not to vibrate under bass, well, I've done it with some success.
