So I'm finally interested and have the money to purchase some new wheels for my prelude. I'm not to fluent in wheels and the such either. I currently have some pretty ugly 17's on from when I purchased it. I want some wheels that look decent but are also functional in performing better. For this reason I'm not sure whether I should look into 16's or 15's. If any of you could throw up some light wheels or recommend some for under $6-700 that would be great.

How noticeable would it be to go from these 17's to 16-15's, is it more in the 'feel' of things. Or would you notice the change at the 1/4 as well.
