Default Cams slipped!

Ok so i messed up and put both cams on a tooth clockwise then what they should be and started it. Will having the cams of a tooth tap teh valves? How much clearance is there when they are off a tooth(1 tooth each clolckwise(retarded i think) both cams)?

if they're stock cams and stock pistons you *should* be alright. however, it will run REALLY crappy. either no top end or midrange at all or absolutely no power until like 5000rpm. which is i guess what the GSR does anyways but it will be MUCH worse, hehe. lose power all over in either case. which one depends on which way they're off. but it would be far better to fix it quickly b/c it will run like all hell so you'll want it fixed anyways even though it's harmless for a 100% stock motor.

edit: as long as it's 1 tooth off. 2 teeth you're flirting with disaster in the form of turning a $1500-$2000 engine into a night stand.

Should be fine if it was retarded. If you advanced one tooth... you'd probably be able to tell
