Clips for molding 90 crx

Default Clips for molding 90 crx



i just had my car repainted and had to buy a new door........th only problem was that its didnt have any of the moldings.........

i need the part number for the clips that hold the metal strip accross the door!
also i need to know can those clips be reused......... i tried taking them off another door but all of them broke

honda doesnt sell it separately...******* scumbags...

you have to buy the entire lower door molding for $100 bucks...

i actualy just ran into this problem today im returning my crx to stock, all the clips broke when i took the molding off the other car

i work at a body shop and we have a larger "christmas tree" type clip usualy used for door pannels and stuff that will work for me, you might try something like that

they have a flat base and a poll, the poll is coverd with barbs that taper down to a point, the ones im using are probably 1/2-1/4" big

could use some 3m double side tape ....that whats on half of my modlings on my hatchback

All mouldings on my ride are attached using black urathane glue.. Dosent get hard but great grip!

i broke most of my clips on my door when it got caught in the grass. i just used screws and nuts since you cant see it anyways.

just take it up to the local honda dealer, and they wil have it all on the computer it will cost like 2$ a clip, and if they order it youll have it in like 2 days, that is the best option they know what they are doing and can get it for you, thats what i did with my old hatch

i work at a napa. Iknow for a fact we got a good selection when it come to clips and snaps for moldins, ect. Try your local store

then i dont know man i got the clips for the side moldings so i jsut went to the closest honda dealer, showed them on the car what i needed he went back inside and ordered them and within 2 days they were on my car and i didnt even spend more than 8$, maybe i just got lucky or something

you can get clips for side molding but not the lower door molding...unless you got lucky...idk...its ******* bs though...

ya ive had no problem finding the clips for the rub strips, but theres 3 different clips on the lower molding, i cant find any of them so i substuited the ones i broke
