I believe that the casper shield will not work with H4 rebased HID kits, so I was wondering if anyone knows who sells glare shields that will work with a rebased H4 kit?

are you sure they won't work? i've heard they do work. plenty of people have used them in hid kits for 01+ civics and they've worked fine to my understanding

 

to be honest why did you buy an HID "kit" in the first place when you have an h4 setup. Could have bought casper shields/adaptor and used OEM ballasts and bulbs.

Try calling xenondepot.com to see if they have any shields availible for your rebased bulb. BUT, it may be difficult to source a perfect match because each company rebases theri bulbs slightly differently.

PS: you could make a shield yoruself with the "turkey bastor" mod. Search for it on google for a DIY.

 

I brought my car (04' Acura EL) in to where I had the HID kit installed, and the store agreed to take the kit back and give me a full refund. Very professional of them I must praise. So in this case, for my car would it be better to purchase a 4300K H4 Kit from Xenondepot or ?? Keep in mind I will not be retrofitting due to the cost and the type of car I have.
