Default A/C REMOVAL

i have a 90 civic hb with a b16 motor and i have a/c and want to take it out. so my question is do i take it out from the top or take off the crossmember and go from the bottom? any tips will help thanks.

I know that with my D15 I took everything off that I could and then removed it out the top. Not sure if it was the best way but it was the Toad way.

ok so if i go from the top do i need to pull off the exhaust manifold or the radiator or both?

neither. just undo the lines and remove the condenser fan without hte lines there. you may need to tip your radiator back to get the a/c radiator part out that sits in front of the engine radiator, but you dont need to take the exhaust manifold off, or take the radiator completly out. the whole process takes a while.. so make sure you have time to do it.
