Just starts remving the bolts that connect the manifold to the head, making sure you pay very close attention to what you removed, even if that means writing it down. I don't want to say you can't screw this up, but its pretty hard to.

I dont think you realize how much work there is to get that work, its not a simple bolt on affair. You have to grind it down to fit, plug some holes, make an adaptor plate, and some misc stuff Im missing here.
Less you know something I dont $350 seems more reasonable because it would take the better part of a day to be done properly. I can see $100 for a straight bolt up job but its not the case as far as I know.
