i have a 1994 honda del sol with a b20b engine swap and a turbo kit.

here is my dilema
when i start it up in the morning the car rips very smooth all the way to 8,000rpm then after it warms up a little when i step on it at exactly 4500rpm the car bogs for some strange reason! i run a chipped p75 and have tried another ecu, another map, even changed the turbo. also the cluttch is new act 6 puck w/xtreme hd pp. anyone ever go through this? any help would be great thanks a lot guys
