I am looking to upgrade my suspension. So far all I can find for my car are ST swaybars and struts. Are their any coilover kits made for the type SH ?

They're a pretty good compromise I think. There are some suspensions that are somewhat more aggressive, but I don't think anything blends comfort/handling prowess as well as they do. Think of them as the BMW of coilovers.
Installation was about normal for coilovers; ride I found to be BETTER than stock, except for over REALLY big stuff like a giant pothole, where it was slightly worse. Handling I cannot possibly find one thing to complain about. I've never tracked my car (and don't plan to because it's rough on them), so I cannot comment on that aspect of them.
The only problem I had was I had to cut the bumpstops more than I thought I did. But that wasn't too big of a deal.
Is that specific enough for you?

I do track my Prelude. How aggressive do you want? If you want a comfortable ride with better handling, go with the TEIN. If you want a track eater, go with adjustable koni yellows and either the ground control(you can order your own spring rates) or skunk2(550 + 450). You can adjust the koni yellows stiffer for the track or softer for the street....or do like I do and keep them at the firmest all the time.
Make sure you don't pancake your car if you want the best handling. Lower is not always best(except for looks). You have your center of gravity, but you also have your roll center that works like a lever. If you go too low, you'll compromise your handling.
