hello to all. well ive swapped a b18b into my 96 ek and was wondering if i can use a ls compressor with all the ac hoses and the condenser from my ek. would it work? can someone help me out? bc ive tried the 99-00 si ac bracket but the compressor wont fit. can someone help me out please?

 

why doesn't it fit? compressor to close to the frame rail? bash the frame rail in a little if need be.

i've put ac in an EH and an ej1 w/ an LS swap... never in a 96-up though

i used a DC bracket when i did the EH and EJ1

 

no its not the bracket
the bracket fits on the body and the engine fine but the compressor doesnt fit the bracket
