my buddy has a 95' head. it's not NEWER, but it's in really good condition. he'll let it go for $60. complete with no IM or DIST. all internal parts are still in there. there is 1 missing bolt from the head, but if your interested, then he'll buy a new one and put it in there.

 

Main concern is, any belt valves? Any Knocking, ticking going on with the valvetrain, Its important that there isn't. A pic would be great if you could get one. LMK

 

I have a 2000 B20 head that I got from a friend who works at Honda. I haven't instpected it to well but from what I have seen looks to be fine.

 

I will keep you posted on the b20 head. But looking for LS.

A B20 head is the same thing as an LS head.

you are correct. Same casting etc.

How much, known miles, any info you can give me?

ive got a complete 94 LS head, no IM or Dist, i have the IM if you need it for a lil extra... the head has already been cleaned also, no bent valves, scratched cams, its a perfect LS head, just dont need it for LS/VTEC.

I only want $50. and i might even meet up with you in woodburn or even portland. heres a pic:

Hardly. Same internals, same casting but B20 = 84mm bowl and LS = 81mm bowl.

Another thing, when is the last time you did a valve adjustment?

 

I recently did a valve adjustment into stock specs. But it seemed loose when i adjusted them to specs.

I'm pretty sure almost all usdm b20 heads have the 81 mm combustion chambers except for the P8R head from the jdm b20z which has the 84 mm combustion chambers.

That is what I have always read and heard.

Dont want any heads that have been abused, boosted, juiced, etc. Want a clean healthy head.
