RSX seats in CR-X?
Has anyone put RSX seats in their CR-X? I searched and found one thread saying it can be done with enough money. Well, no ****, anything can be done with money... I wanna know if it's reasonable. Would you be able to get them in with just a pan swap or whatever? Also, are these seats very heavy?

Nice, now I wonder how heavy these seats are. I heard the S2K seats are pretty heavy...

I have RSX seats in my crx. One bolt lines up in the front, I had to make a plate to hold the other front mount down. I knocked the rear mounts off and drilled through the rear rails and bolted them to the floor.
They slide all the way back and forth, are level and sit fine. They DO sit a little bit higher than stock, with only about 1-2 inches from the roof, but, once you adjust the recline and seat position (front-back), it sits perfect....
--edit--I bought mine from a local who was putting racing seats in his rsx. He needed the $ to fund the new seats. Mine are the black suede/cloth in perfect condition and we agreed on $350 for both seats with all rails/bracketry.

These pics a like 3 years old. Had them in my car for about 2 weeks and took them out because that sat too high for me. I like the seats alot but to me it was not worth it, when I would go auto x my helmet would hit the roof. I basically installed them the same way as vegas10. btw the seats are much heavier than the oem ones.

Doubt it, who ever told you that probably lied to you.
