Are the 99-00 Si lip the same as the CTR lip?

If you are talking about the knock off CTR style lips then NO, they are not.

So only the real CTR ones are the same as Si's? When I mean same, I mean appearance.

 

yes the same.. knockoffs have ALOT of flare ..

US Si/CA SiR front lip is actually the same part number as the JDM CTR. so yes, they are exactly the same.
