I'm in the process of putting my bottom end together and the bolt that holds one of the oil squirters on broke. I called a local acura dealership and ahmotor.com and neither could locate the part on the computer. It is a hollow bolt with a spring and ball inside of it. Does anyone know where I could get a new one, or have a part number for it?

take the bolt into honda/acura
look at the screen they use to look up parts and SHOW THEM where it is

the parts people generally arent very intelligent.

is the bolt broken or is it stripped out. I had a similair problem and had to have a helacoil put in the hole

 

It just broke while I was putting it on. I really can't believe that it broke, well before even getting to 12 ft-lbs. Despite it breaking off inside of the block, it was in there so loose it was no problem getting it out.
