im nit sure if this is the right place to post this.......but, any ways, what tranny has the best gear ratios for auto cross , just racing in general ... if i do get a B18c can i put a b16 tranny on it ? or just stick with the stock on>... i really want LSD

 

best gear ratio with stock LSD IMO is the ITR however it is a very close ratio tranny and would probably be better suited for a NA application, the GSR with LSD installed would be a great autocross tranny if you were using in an FI application it has longer gears than the ITR and B16 but shorter than the LS, it's a happy medium.

Yes, a b16 tranny will fit a B18c engine.

these are only opinions and will be debated as have been a million times before on this same forum.
