Tire pressure and weather
Went to put the steelies back on for the winter and notice that one of my tires is almost flat. Other three are fine. I had the four stacked on top of each other all summer and it is the one that was on top. Had no leaking before when they were on the car. Is this a result of the sun? Also, what should the tire pressure be when the wheel is off the car? thanks
