so my sister had me drive her car to figure out what is wrong. everytime i tried to stop i would get almost stopped then the pedal would kick and then it would stop. any ideas on why the pedal would feel like its kicking? its when you are almost stopped too

EDIT: I would assume the brake pedal?

Describe this "kick." Is there resistance? Or does the pedal suddenly "kick" back up toward you?
