Default Tein S. Techs on Tokico Illumina adj shocks

After Searching, I really couldn't find anything related to being this specific....

I have Tein S. Techs on my 99civic right now. I wanted to replace my shocks now that I have the money to do it. Would The Illuminas be alright for the springs. If anyone has any input at all that would be helpful, or knows someone with this setup that can vouch for it, please post up. I appreciate it

Alright, I ride so tight on curves now, **** is awesome. It's such a nice setup, I would recommend it to anyone. It's affordable and easy to install too. I give it two thumbs up

arent tein s techs marketed specifically for a light drop and little increase of spring rate?

id go with eibach pro kits personally.

tokico illuminas are a great shock. im sure theyll work fine, and theyll be good for a lot more spring than tein s techs anyway.

its a great setup. I had it on my 2000 si. Pretty comfy ride but its more for looks imo. the springs are pretty soft. Im on ground controls now with the illuminas and its even better! (imo)

will the illuminas drop my car anymore? I wish my S techs would give me a 1 finger less drop.

no, normally shocks dont change ride height.

only koni yellows have set height adjustment perches.
