springs/retainers
ok so i blew my b16 motor last summer and now it is totally rebuilt....the reason it blew is because i had the stock valvesprings/retainers with my buddy club spec 3 cams so now its time to put some in the head....are omnipower valvesprings/retainers good enough to protect my $2000 rebuild with the buddy club cams or should i get something better??? i searched but nothing answered this unless im retarted and missed it

you should go with springs your cams reccomend..
But to answer your question: yes, omni springs will work fine as will Rocket,PortFlow and of course Buddy Club springs/retainers.
