FS/WTT: 93 mint, black del sol S coupe
I NEED TO GET RID OF THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!!
new price.... $3200!!!!!!!
The car is a 1993 Honda Del Sol S coupe. the color is Granada Black, which is a new coat of paint but is the factory color on the car. It has a D15b7 motor which is completely stock and no mods were ever done to it in the past. Car has a clean title and title is on hand. vin number is JHMEG1142PS009336. the car has 154,489miles on the original motor. Transmission is a manual and has all factory electronics installed. A/C works, heater works and so do the power windows. interior is very very clean. only flaws are the glove box and stash box lids are off for now but will be re-installed. clutch has been replaced and a resurfaced flywheel installed and have paperwork to show. oil change and tune up were done about a month and a half ago. Car has no exsisting warranty on it. bought from a local dealership at the price of $6000. as of now the exsisting clutch needs to be replaced and needs a new headgasket. motor turns over and runs fine, the car will also come with new windshield wipers and a set of 14" CRX Si wheels with Toyo tires. those are included but not installed yet. car still has factory wheels on it now, with tires bought just before i bought the car. car has no visible rust. reason for selling is because i have two cars and need to get rid of both since i dont drive them. The other car is a 1990 mazda 626 for sale for $2000. and the Del Sol is $5500 or best cash offer. the Car is highly priced becuase of high demand in this area. and also of the parts i have replaced -i.e. clutch, flywheel, tune up/oil change, extra set of wheels and tires. my e-mail is blkdelsol93@msn.com , e-mail me with any questions you have or would like to come and look at it.
i recently had a new H/G installed and found out it the tranny thats bad, the car starts up fine and everything works but has a bad tranny that needs to be replaced. it has the original motor and all. I JUST NEED TO GET RID OF IT!!!!. $3200!!!!!!!

Kelly blue book:
excelent condition $2850
"Excellent" condition means that the vehicle looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. This vehicle has never had any paint or body work and is free of rust. The vehicle has a clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection. The engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects. The vehicle also has complete and verifiable service records. Less than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category.
good condition $2475
"Good" condition means that the vehicle is free of any major defects. This vehicle has a clean title history , the paint, body and interior have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems. There should be little or no rust on this vehicle. The tires match and have substantial tread wear left. A "good" vehicle will need some reconditioning to be sold at retail. Most consumer owned vehicles fall into this category.
fair condition $2025
"Fair" condition means that the vehicle has some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable running condition. This vehicle has a clean title history , the paint, body and/or interior need work performed by a professional. The tires may need to be replaced. There may be some repairable rust damage.
Quoted from your ad..."as of now the exsisting clutch needs to be replaced and needs a new headgasket."

So how much are you knockin off for the headgasket being blown...that is major mechanical work....Definatly not what I would classify as "Mint" condition.
u can changed a head gasket in a garage with a couple hand tools and a friend....not so major if me and a friend can do it on his coupe. im 16 by the way. price is $3850 unless i get a better offer.
So you want a grand more then blue book for a car in excellent condition.....Aparently a blown head gasket excelent and mint condition. If someone gives you $3850 you owe them a handy and bj as well.
thanks for the bump
right now the car is pending a trade for a civic hatch. ill take any offers for a couple days while me and this guy talk/work things out.

Awww, what did the offers fall through? Maybe you should fix the head gasket if its such a simple task....and buy a pair of knee pads while your at it. Bump for a pipe dream.
i have a integra shell and up to $500 for trade if you want to build a car
