Default few ?'s about racing harnesses

So, as my body was sliding violently from side to side while autocrossing this past weekend, the thought occured to me that i peobablly should get a racing harness.
I know that i don't want to get a 4-point becuase they are pretty unsafe for the roadcourse and whatnot.

My first question is: are 5-pt harnesses legal in stock class for autox (DS if it matters)?

And second, since my car is a sedan, can i bolt them to the floorboards on the rear so that i can maintain usability of my back seats?

thanks in advance.

NOPE. If anything, bolt them to the seatbelt buckle hole between the top and bottom halves of the rear seat. And just since you mentioned "on track", don't do ANYTHING on track with harnesses without having a rollbar in there. Of course, that would make your rear seats unusable anyway, so...

I have no idea for your first question.
