2nd gen teg guys need help?
It will fit with modifications. The flange that connects to the midpipe is different, so you'll need to get the correct one welded on at the correct angle. You'll also need spring bolts, and a new donut gasket to fit. I'm sure any custom exhaust shop can do this for a reasonable price. Avoid places like Midas, and Meineke, cause they'll probably try to give you a reason to throw your part away, and have them run your exhaust. They've tried to do this to me a couple of times, and it was a simple fix, so I got the parts and laid them out, and measured, and took the parts to a machine shop, and had them weld it.
Now that I read the description, he says the diameter of the piping is less than 2", but he's saying that the dual tips, act like a 4 inch, which is bullshit. It might make 1 hp to the wheels, due to the mandrel bends, but other than that, it's garbage.
thats what I figured... thx for the input, any suggestions on a good exhaust thats not so loud? I have a thermal on my prelude and I like it but find it a bit loud anything reasonably stock sounding? Keep in mind this is a 4 door auto if that changes anything.
I'm running the Greddy Sp2 on my DA. I love it. You can tell it's there, but it's very quiet. That is until you get down on it, then it get's loud, but it's still a good sounding exhaust.
