if it says they should fit your year integra, then they should fit...but sometimes you really cant trust ebay. you should look for an oem itr lip

 

It says right there the lips are for 94-97. Your car is a 98-01 which has a diffrent front bumper.In other words it may be able to be put on your car, but it wont look right at all.

the second link says the lip fits 98-01...but you're right about the lip in the first link...

 

Actually both those lips are for a 98+ integra.

that lips probably ABS plastic.. dont get it

my biggest mistake was getting a cheap lip like that off ebay.. fits like crap and the quality is bad. spend the extra $$ and go poly.

 

i gave mine away. abs 98-01 itr style. go with comptech if u want an itr lip.

That's not the same design as the 99-00 Si lip. It's a funny looking knockoff and it looks totally different than an OEM lip.
