Default New Exhaust problem... will this work...??

I got an evo2 exhaust and realized after i got that it was over 2.5 inches....it starts out at 60 mm and then flares to 70mm or 2.78 killing my back pressure bad at the muffler, damn.... So, if i get an sp2 muffler that is 60mm should this not just bolt right up? I tried to contact greddy, but ha! What a joke.... thanx

The difference the pressure changes won't affect your power at all. The power difference will be negligible. Just curious, where does it flare to 70mm? At the canister? If so, then most exhausts change diameter within the canister. Isn't the EVO2 chambered anyway?

I just wanna know if the canister is the only part of the exhaust that is 70mm....
