ok i blew my stock 1.5 in my 93 dx coupe and i was tryin 2 figure out wat 2 do for a new engine. now the stock engine is hard 2 find ive looked for parts cars and just the engines themselves but nothin really. so i was thinkin find a cheap swap. now i didnt wanna put an ls motor in cuz if i go b series i wanted 2 wait and go with a b18c so i was lookin at the jdm d15b its cheap and more powerful then stock but its vtec how hard would it be 2 swap my car 2 vtec or wat would be better 2 do

 

not hard at all. should just bolt up, tranny too, and you'll need a p28 ecu to run it. Two extra wires to run for the vtec. did i miss anything anyone?

 

Wiring for the vtec will be the hard part.

how cheap did u find the jdm d15b for? i bet u can probably find ls swap for about the same range, if not, then it wont be much more.
