Oil Filter brought after changing oill PICS
so I changed my oil today and getting everything tight. I didn't have all my tools but I did with what I had. So I spilled a little oil and was moving the car back. well after I started it I heard something wierd sounded like a vaccum line came off. First thing I do is turn off the car and look and see that oil is everywhere. I'm pissed now that I have to drive the toyota that over heats to walmart and get new oil and a filter. Lesson learnt: don't do your oil with out all your tools.

A brain, apparently. There's nothing involved in changing a Honda's oil that you can't do with the belt around your jeans and a 17mm wrench.

He prly doubled gasketed the oil filter, or used the wrong sized wrench and though the plug was tight.

Good practice to check it for double gasket (sticking of the old gasket). No tools needs, just common sense.

We had about 7-8 cars in back getting tires, oil changes, batteries etc etc. I was in back working with a customer with an electrial issue in her taillights. I see a Tech back a car off of the oil change rack, and as he starts to pull forward you can see the oil just pouring out. I yelled for him to stop, and as this is happening the customer comes out, his eyes are the size of golfballs. I though he was gonna **** a brick. We got it all cleaned up, offered him Mobile 1, and 3 free oil changes. We obvioulsly cleaned up the motor as well for him. The tech was someone I could trust with any task, he made a mistake and thats all it was. I have done it once, but I will never do it again lol

ya ya, **** happens, you learned your lesson, no damage done, all is well, maybe just a little red in the face.
I would recommend 5W30 for cold weather.

by using shitty Fram oil filters, when you pull the old filter off the gaskets stick to the block and when you put the new filter on it doesnt seal right
