Default Do OBD0 and OBD1 map sensors read different voltage?

I converted my crx(b16) from obd0 to obd1. Im using a p28 ecu which I burned a stock del sol program for it. The car revs fine all the way up. But when I drive it and floor it cuts out at 3000rpms. I cant figure it out other than Im using a stock crx si map sensor. Are the obd0 and obd1 map sensors different? I have an obd1 map sensor but I dont wanna put it on without knowing for sure.

Usually when you hit a 3000 revlimit it mean the your burn to the chip failed and its running in failsafe mode.

Yeah but why does it let me rev to 9000rpms.Its only under load that it cuts out.
