Default Check engine light goes on?

My 91 Civic Hatcback just started up. Its a stock SOHC 16 valve. After it gets warmed up it trows out a code. I don't really know how to read them codes yet. I was wondering if anyone knows a website to help me with this problem? When i look at the ECU it flashes one time fast and it repeats itself after i count flash, flash, flash, another light goes on fast????? Any possibilities whats wrong with it.
