Default Unorthodox crank pullie, will it work for my car?

My friend is selling his unorthodox crank pullie, it was on his 99gsr, will it work for all b-series??

i asked the same question about that pulley and some people said it was a good investment..but then someone told me about the ctr pulley(lighter pulley) fucked there car up...and it makes sense it, it throws the balance off in your bottom end here's the link
