Recommended epoxy/glue to keep front windshield weatherstrip on?
I got a new weather strip for my front windshield but it won't stay on. The top stays on b/c it came with an adhesive backing. I've already tried one glue and it doesn't do crap.
Can anyone recommend an epoxy/glue to glue this thing to the windshield? I guess I could always do double sided tape if I really needed to.

the factory weatherstrip has a small lip on it to hook around the windshield. You gotta take the windshield out and then re-glue it in with a ribbon strip or with windsheild urethane

There are two type of weather strips. One requires removal of the windshield and one does not. I'm using the one that does not. It hooks under the windshield, but it isn't a very strong hook.
can I get a ribbon strip at autozone?
