Default Suspension help plzzz

Hey im thinking of doing an H22 swap and was recommended omni coilovers or nex coilovers. Im not to sure which ones to get or if i should get even another company. ALso how do I know which schocks work with which coilover system im confused plz if some1 can clarify and recommend. thanks

what kind of ride do you want though?? stiff as hell go with the omnis...there really stiff but the ride isn't too great...im not sure about the other coiloves you metioned...

Stick with the quality of Ground Control coil-overs. They know their stuff. If you order directly from them, you can tell them what chassis you have & what motor swap, and they put a custom kit together for you with special spring rates for your setup.

Any other brand would be a crap shoot...

Also, try to decide what shocks you want to use before you buy the Ground Controls. They are the only company that makes the specialized sleeves that fit Koni & Bilsteine shocks.

i agree with this guy...i had the omnis full coils 6 way adj...didnt like them..rode like ****...just installed some GC's with kyb adj ....man..it rides 10x better....
