Default GReddy Turbo Kit for B16a2 Hybrid

I'm thinking about turbo'ing my B16a2. The motor was converted from OBD-II to OBD-I. I don't plan on doing any mods other than blow-off valve, intercooler, and what things I need to keep my engine running cooler, EGT guage, etc etc... I will not being boosting any more than what the GReddy kit is set at, nor am I changing out the pistons, etc.etc. I was wondering if anyone had any minor problems with the GReddy Turbo Kit failing or having problems with their running into issues? I don't drive my car hard at all......I want it more for the noise and feeling when the turbo spools. Thanks in advance!

Gotta agree with that. the main problem greddy owners run into...is being pissed their turbo runs out of gas above 6k rpm.

I'm not going turbo for the power really. Just to have that pull when the turbo spools and the blow off sound. I don't get why the GReddy would eat gas at 6k? Wouldn't all turbos? Besides, I'll have mine dyno tuned really well. Not just slapping it on and driving off.

If I can get a nice pull and run 13's........I'll be satisfied. My plan was to drop in an HKS external Racing Wastegate. I know there were couple EK Si's with a GReddy turbo kit running 14.0 flat with 5lbs. of boost, stock clutch, and 17's rims.
