Turbine housing welding

I noticed few started cracks on the turbinehousing of the turbo, is it possible to get these welded so that it holds?

unless the crack is causing a leak i wouldn't worry about it

I work at a welding shop, and I have welded on a turbo housing . but i am with the previous guy in saying if it doesn't leak i would leave it alone.
