I have some Ground Controls from a 99 Civic that I want to install on an 00 Integra. The Integra has neuspeed race springs and koni yellow shocks. The Ground Controls should just pop right in with the Koni shocks, right? I just want to make sure before I begin any work on it. Please reply ONLY if you are 100% certain. Thanks.

 

You need special GC baby sleeves for use with the Koni Yellow shocks. The springs will work, but they will be a lower spring rate then the regular Integra GC's.

 

I just tried it with the stock shocks. They fit over perfectly. However, since the spring rate will be lower, that shouldn't cause any problems, right? If any, it will give the Integra a softer ride. Any comments?

 

Yes they will fit perfectly over the stock shocks, however the Koni Yellows are not designed the same way as most other shocks. GC has special baby sleeves for use with Koni shocks which you can order from them directly.

The lower spring rate should not cause any problems.
