What Clifford alarm? Need to know, so I can look it up and see if "kill" relay is on or off board.
If relay is off board, you need to find relay, unplug it and install jumper wire, if relay is on board then you can make the jump at the plug at the alarm.

I need a model number, G4 is the series.
It sounds like it is a "built in" immobilizer, you probably have a "2 point" starter and ign. or a "1 point" and it has been wired to the ign.
Without model number I am just guessing, but if you have a 3 pin plug, [heavy gauge wire, plugged into brain] and it has , [green/white, green and a green/black] wires in it, [the green/black may have been removed] as I believe the immobilizer was wired, [normally open] because you don't get ign. even when alarm brain is unplugged.
If you have that plug with the heavy gauge wire, connect the, [green/white and green together]
Your alarm may not have the colored wires, just 1 or 2 sets of black heavy gauge wires, if its just one set, no biggy, connect them together, if its 2 sets, 1 set will be the ign. kill and the other will be the starter kill, you will have to figure out what is what, you can do that by following the wires back to the connections to the oem wiring, [I can't tell you what color they are until I know the MMY of car]
