Default B16 Hesitation

hey guys ive done a search... B16 in a 00 SIR

i was on my way to get my car fixed today b/ the exhaust was falling off its hangers, but when i hit a light... my car threw up a code, i havent checked it yet but this is how im going to describe it!

at idle, usually the B16 revs at 900 - 1000 RPMS, but my car started revving at about 1500RPMs and moving up/down.

i start driving it and its very sluggish, once i shift it starts to BOG and seems to act like i have a lightened flywheel, but when i oush the clutch in the car bogs!

after my car was done out of the shop, its seems to be running fine!
i have a CAI with no bypass valve ( not installed yet ) headers, pullies and my exhaust , what can be triggering this???

anyone have it??
and one more, can someone post me the CEL list so i can resove this issue!

Mark

cut the cold air and make it a short ram. no need to have a CAI on a b16, throttle response can definately be bogged down by a CAI. Short ram has the best throttle response. And no, a b16 does not have a stock idle at 900 - 1000 RPM's, Stock idle is between 650 - 800 RPMs. Check for any vacuums leaks and adjust the idle manually if you have to. Bogging down can be caused by many different things. You might want to check you IM and clean it, along with doing a tune up.
